How can I get a statement for a closed account?

Earnr's monthly statements provide detailed yet simple information for each account held with us to help you optimise your money.

Here's a summary of the information our monthly statements provide, for each account:

• Opening balance
• Transactions (including interest paid by Earnr on the account)
• Closing balance
• Interest rate/s on the account
• Accrued interest for the month (if applicable)

You can also view balances, account transactions, and interest rates, by logging into Earnr Online or via the Earnr App.  

How do I generate a Monthly Statement?

You can generate a Monthly Statement in seconds through Earnr Online or the Earnr App.

In Earnr Online:

1. Navigate to 'Account Actions' in the top menu
2. Select 'Statements'
3. Select 'Monthly Statements'
4. Select 'Download'

In the Earnr App:

1. Navigate to 'More' in the bottom menu
2. Select 'Statements'
3. Select 'Monthly Statements'
4. Select 'Download'

How do I generate a Monthly Statement for a specific legal account I have?

Earnr statements apply per account holder. For example if you have accounts as an individual and also as a business, you can generate one statement for your individual accounts, and one statement for your business.

In Earnr Online: Select the desired account holder from the top menu, and then follow steps 1 to 4 above.

In the Earnr App: Follow steps 1 to 3 above, select the desired account holder from the top menu, then download per step 4.
