How do I add funds to Earnr? Once your account is open and verified, you’re ready to add funds and start earning interest. What information is included in an Annual Statement? You can produce an annual statement per account holder for multiple financial years. What is a custodian? A custodian is an independent institution that holds money and assets on trust for customers, keeping them separate from the assets of another institution. How does the custodian help keep my money safe? At Earnr, your assets don’t sit with us directly. They're held by Sandhurst Trustees, a subsidiary of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Their job is to: - Hold your funds safely in trust accounts and control all funds movements - Ensure separation from Earnr’s company operating accounts - Provide oversight to make sure your funds are managed in accordance with the PDS This structure adds an important layer of independent protection for our customers. In the event anything were to happen to Earnr or the responsible entity for Earnr, your investments with Earnr will not be lost as they are held on trust for you by the custodian. The independent custodian would take control of Earnr's assets, and act in the best interests of the members to manage or sell the assets and return funds to the members of Earnr.

Banks make it difficult to understand what your interest rate actually is. An advertised interest rate on an account might sound great, but what really matters is - what rate you're actually getting. Earnr makes it easy to see the actual interest rate you're getting on each account, and your average rate across all your accounts. Viewing the average rate on each account type This is really helpful when optimising your savings - as it allows you to easily compare the current average rate you're getting for each account type. Head to 'Accounts' in the Earnr App or log into Earnr Online. Here, you'll see how your money is split between the different account types, and, the current average interest rate in each account type. For example, the 30 Day Notice Account pays a different rate on the first $250k than the next $500k. If you had $300k in the notice account, the rate you'd see on this page is the actual weighted average rate for the full $300k. Viewing your average rate across all accounts In the summary area at top of the 'Accounts' page, next to your total balance, you'll see Average Rate. This is the weighted average return across all the accounts held by the account holder (which is shown at the very top of the page). Make sure you take any notice dates into consideration. Once the funds are in your Everyday Account you can then transfer them to your linked bank account. If you make transfer to your linked bank account before 2pm (Sydney time) on a business day, it will be processed on the same day. You'll generally see the funds that evening but depending on your bank they may not be visible until the following business day. If you make transfer after 2pm (Sydney time), it will be processed on the next business day. Will transfers to my linked bank account be processed on the weekend or a public holiday? No, they will be processed on the next business day. Can I schedule a transfer from my Everyday Account to my linked bank? If you don't supply a valid TFN, we may be required to withhold part of your interest earnings.
