Closing my accounts
If you wish to close your Earnr accounts please email support@earnr.com.au with the subject line: Account Closure.
An Earnr Support team member will contact you to verify your identity, and complete the account closure process.
Accounts can be closed once they have a zero balance and no scheduled transfers in place.
In accordance with regulatory requirements, you will retain online access to your account so you can download historical account statements.
Please note we are required to securely store certain information for regulatory purposes. This data will not be used for any other purpose. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy.
