Mark is a financial services leader with over 25 years experience covering product creation and distribution, strategy, risk management and operations, and culture and people.

He has structured valuable investment and debt products for retail and wholesale customers across Australia, UK and Asia.

He was previously ANZ Bank's Australian Head of Trade and Innovation, Head of Transaction Banking at ANZ Bank, and Director of Structured Finance at ANZ Bank.

Mark founded Earnr to help Australian consumers and businesses access the same products and tools ultra net worths and large corporates can.

Tamara has oversight across Earnr Group and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Tamara's 25 years experience span Bank & Funds Audit with Deloitte, executive positions in technology scaleups, program director roles at CSIRO.

Tamara is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tamara holds Commerce and Arts degrees from Sydney University, and formal qualifications in Journalism.

ANZ Bank's former Chief Economist, Warren is one of Australia's leading voices in financial markets and the economy.

He is a founding leadership team member at Earnr, and has a background in credit and debt capital markets.

Warren has also held senior leadership positions with Credit Suisse and Westpac, including as an advisor to the Australian Federal Government and various multi-national institutions.

Hugh is an industry expert in cash management & fixed income, debt capital markets and securities.

He has 15 years’ diverse experience, having helped businesses and high net worths grow their capital with Barclays Investment Bank and ANZ Bank, and as a veteran having run military teams.

Hugh holds a degree in Business Management and Economics from Newcastle Business School and attended the  Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Kate has senior executive experience across funds management, M&A, and human resources.

She has held positions including Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, and General Counsel at some of Australia’s most prominent technology enabled growth companies.

Kate has led local and cross border M&A and capital raisings in excess of $100m, and managed and overseen headcount growth to over 1,000 staff.

She holds a Law and Arts dgree from UWA and maintains strong business relationships across Australia and internationally.

Having served as the Chief Risk Officer of Bank of Queensland, the Chief Risk officer at BankWest, and the General Manager of Institutional Risk Management for Commonwealth Bank - Peter has been a part of Australia's banking and finance landscape for over 35 years.

In his roles, he has presided over bank balance sheets over $80B and over 1.3 million customers.

His deep experience covers financial institution governance, credit and risk management, regulatory reporting, and business planning.

Peter is a board member of several financial services companies and regulatory bodies including The Regtech Association.

Stephen has ownership of Earnr's platforms and data.

He has decades of experience in technology and financial services, having worked with various multinational trading and asset management firms.

Stephen holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Natasha has over 20 years of financial services and funds management experience, and is Earnr's Responsible Manager.

Natasha is a practicing lawyer and an expert in compliance and operational risk management.

Rob has over 40 years experience in investment management and is member of Earnr's Audit & Risk Comittee.

He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, associate member of the Financial Advice Association Australia, and a member of the Australian Compliance Institute.

Rob holds degrees in law, commerce, and financial planning.

Ian has carriage of customer experience and support at Earnr.

He has strong experience in financial service operations and holds a degree in marketing.

Through his tenor as one of Earnr's early staff, he has an end to end understanding of Earnr's customer facing and operational systems.

With a technical background gained working with Australian Banks & MNCs - Aman leads Earnr's engineering team.

He ensures Earnr's technology and APIs meet the needs of customers and the financial products Earnr has tailored to improve their financial well-being.

Aman holds degrees in Technology and Electrical Engineering.
