Earnr Support
Authorised representatives
Earnr allows authorised representatives to receive information or perform operational actions on third party accounts.
For personal accounts or SMSFs & Trusts - this might be another family member, or an accountant.
For business accounts this might be a financial controller or a similar employee.

We'll require the account holder and authorised representatives to complete Earnr's Delegated Account Authority process.

We may also require an enduring power of attorney depending on the account type and circumstances.
How do I organise this and how long does it take? I
Please email support@earnr.com.au or call us on 1300 332 062 to get started - an Earnr Support team member will guide you through the process.

Large Corporate Customers
Our account opening process for large corporates includes a delegated authority where your organisation can nominate authorised representatives, and account controls for transfers and communications.
