Earnr Support

The Earnr Accounts screen shows you how your money is split between the different account types, and provides a summary of the interest rates you are currently earning on each account.

From here, you can also see the relevant notice and maturity dates for the accounts you already hold, as well as action the transfer of funds into new accounts to suit your needs.

How do I view the maturities across my term accounts?  

On the accounts screen, you will see a breakdown of all the different account types you currently use with Earnr, as well as information on those you don’t currently use.

For each term account, you will be able to view the maturity and notice dates by:

 ·     Log into Earnr (app or online)

·      Go to Accounts

·      Select From: 3mo,6mo or 12mo Terms

·      Select the account you wish to view

·      Select details

The maturity date is the date at which you can access the funds, or on which they will be rolled into a new term.

The notice date is the date you need to tell us by if you wish to withdraw the funds or transfer them into a different account.

How do I manage the maturities across my term accounts?  

As described above, you can view the notice and maturity dates through the accounts screen. In order to request a withdrawal or transfer to a different term at maturity, you need to:

·       Log into Earnr (app or online)

·       Go to Accounts

·       Select From: 3mo,6mo or 12mo Terms

·      Select the account you wish to view

·      Select transfer

·      Select the account you wish to withdraw from on one side and the new account on the other

·      Select the amount you wish to withdraw / transfer

·      Hit confirm

Please note – Terms funds cannot be withdrawn directly to your external account and must first be moved the Everyday account.
