Adding funds to your account is fast and secure thanks to Earnr’s technology and deep banking partnerships.


How do I add funds to Earnr?

Once you have set up and verified your Earnr Account, you’re ready to add funds and start earning interest at up to 7.00% p.a.

To add funds to your Earnr Account:

·      Log into Earnr (app or online)

·      Select Add Funds to Earnr (via the dashboard in the app or the sidebar online)

·      Select the account type you wish to fund from: Everyday, Notice or Term

·      Enter the amount you wish to transfer

·      Select next

·      Check the details are correct and select confirm

·      Open your banking app and set up a new payment as per the instructions in the App

Please note: If selecting Notice or Term you will need to choose the period & interest payment type (monthly or at maturity)

 

Alternatively: 

·      Log into Earnr (app or online)

·      Select transfers

·      Select Add Funds to Earnr

·      Follow the steps above

Try to include the customer reference number from the instructions, but don’t worry if you forget – our technology allows us to reconcile transfers easily.


How long does it take to add funds to Earnr?

This depends on your bank – If you transfer before 2pm (AEST), your funds will usually appear in your Earnr account on the same day. Transfers made after 2pm will be added on the following business day..

  

When will I start earning interest?

You’ll start earning interest as soon as your funds are received and added to your Earnr account.



Why is there a delay on my funds?

If you’ve made a transfer but don’t see the funds in your Earnr account yet, it could be due to one of the following: 

·      The transfer was made after 2pm (AEST). In this case, the funds will appear the next business day.

·      The transfer was made over the weekend or on a public holiday. In this case, the funds will appear on the following business day.

·      Your bank may be taking longer than usual to process the transfer.
