How do I update my personal details?

  • Open the Earnr App or log in to Earnr online
  • In the Earnr App head to 'More' then 'Profile' and in Earnr Online head to 'Profile'
  • Select the personal detail you want to update, and enter the OTP sent to you
  • Update your details and confirm

Can I update my mobile phone number?

Yes you can. For security purposes you'll need to contact us on 1300 332 062. Once you're successfully verified by an Earnr Support team member, we'll commence a secure process to update your mobile number.

How do I update my account holder details?

You can update account holder details such as a postal or physical address for a business, in the Earnr App or by logging into Earnr online.

  • In the Earnr App head to 'More' then 'Account Holder Detail' and in Earnr Online head to 'Account Actions and then 'Account Holder Detail'
  • Select the detail you want to update, and enter the OTP sent to you
  • Update the detail and confirm

Can I update my linked bank account details? 

In order to maintain account security, you'll need to contact us on 1300 332 062.

We'll require identity verification, and we may request copies of recent bank statements during this process to ensure your name, and account details match your account.

Following this we'll commence a secure process to update your bank account details.
