Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
The Earnr $1,000 FiT Event Giveaway is open to individuals who attend the event held at Earnr HQ on 28 October 2025.
How to enter
1.
Open and fund any Earnr account by 31 October 2025 with at least the minimum balance for that account type ($1,000 for Everyday & Notice Accounts and $5,000 for Term Accounts).
2.
Hold the minimum or higher balance until at least midday on 14 November 2025.
Each $1,000 of balance in any account equals one entry in the draw.
Participants may open and fund multiple account types for additional entries.
Existing Earnr account holders who meet eligibility criteria can add additional funds to an Earnr account to gain entries in the draw in accordance with above.
Prize and draw

One individual will receive a $1,000 prize.
•
The prize draw will occur at 4pm on 14th of November 2025 at Earnr HQ, Sydney NSW.
•
The winner will be notified by email and announced via FiT community channels.
•
The prize will be credited to the winner’s Everyday Account within 2 business days of the draw.
•
If the winning account is a Business Account, Joint Account, or SMSF account – the prize will be credited to the winner’s personal Everyday Account (no standing balance required).
Tax
This type of prize is generally considered tax-free for individuals under current Australian Taxation Office guidance relating to prizes of chance. This is not tax advice.
General conditions

This promotion is not a product recommendation and does not form part of any offer document for Earnr account products.
•
Employees, contractors, and advisors of Earnr and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
•
The promotion is administered and funded by Earnr Australia Pty Ltd and is not associated with the Earnr fund or its responsible entity.

Earnr reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify participants engaged in ineligible, fraudulent, or manipulative activities, and modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at its discretion.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Earnr’s Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
